REFUND POLICY

Returning goods

Customers are entitled to a refund for the following reasons

  1. “Change of mind”, we accept returns when a customer has changed their mind, within 30 days of purchase, where the product is in it’s original packaging, unopened and unused. We cannot refund opened bottles of eliquid due to Health and Safety considerations:

Faulty goods, where the product is found to be faulty upon arrival the customer can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, please visit us in store with proof of purchase, or email us at denton@simplyeliquid.co.uk. If the product is found to be faulty after 30 days and up to 6 months from the purchase date we reserve the right to exchange the item/and or refund in full.

Who pays for the cost of returning goods? (Postal Returns)

1. If the customer has changed their mind, the cost of returning the order is paid for by the customer, we strongly advise that the customers pays for a Tracked service, we are not responsible for any items lost/damaged in return transit, typically a refund is processed within 3 days of it being received, we will notify you that the item has been received and refund processed by email.

2. If the goods are faulty on arrival, please contact us on 0161 336 6536, 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday or by email on denton@simplyeliquid.co.uk as soon as possible, if we need the product returned we will post out a “prepaid returns envelope” and ask that you post it back to us. Occasionally we may not require the order returning and simply post out a replacement.

3.  If the goods are found to be faulty after 30 days but before 6 months of date of purchase we may require the customer to prove that the goods where faulty upon arrival.
